All licenses issued under this subchapter shall expire on April 30 each year. Prior to the expiration of a license, a licensee desiring to renew a license must file another application pursuant to § 120.16 of this subchapter, undergo inspection and certification of the taxicab by the Chief of Police and pay the annual fee to the Village Comptroller pursuant to § 120.17 of this subchapter, in order to obtain a new license.
