§ 113.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not already herein provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 113.110 through 113.115 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $1,000 for each offense.

   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 113.130 et seq. shall be fined not less than $250 nor more than $1,000 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. Violation of any provision of §§ 113.130 et seq. is a Class C misdemeanor.
