§ 113.086 INVESTIGATION OF APPLICANT; CHARACTER.
   (A)   No license, as required in § 113.085(A), shall be issued to an applicant under § 113.085(B) who is not of good moral character. If the applicant is a corporation or organization no such license shall be issued if such corporation or organization is not represented in the village by a person of good moral character.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police to make or cause to be made an investigation into the character of each person filing an application as provided in § 113.085(B) and report the results of such investigations to the Board of Trustees.
