(A) License required. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or maintain a public skating rink in the village without first having obtained a license therefor.
(B) Application. Applications for a license, as required in division (A) of this section, shall be made in conformance with the provisions of this code and other ordinances of the village relating to licenses and shall specify the location of the proposed skating rink and the person or organization sponsoring the skating rink.
(C) Fees. The fees for licenses, as required in division (A) of this section shall be $100 for an annual license; $20 for a monthly license and $10 for one week or less, for each rink.
