§ 113.056 INVESTIGATION OF APPLICANTS; CHARACTER.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police to make or cause to be made an investigation into the character of each person filing an application as provided in § 113.055(B) and report the results of such investigation to the Board of Trustees.
   (B)   No license as required in § 113.055(A) shall be issued to an applicant under § 113.055(B) who is not a person of good moral character. If the applicant is a corporation or organization no such license shall be issued if such corporation or organization is not represented by a person of good moral character.
