§ 113.055 LICENSE PROVISIONS.
   (A)   License required. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or conduct a public dance in the village without having first obtained a license therefor.
   (B)   Application. Applications for licenses required by division (A) of this section shall be made in conformance with the provisions of this code and other ordinances of the village relating to licenses, and shall specify the location of the proposed dances and the person sponsoring the same.
   (C)   Fees. The fees for licenses, as required in division (A) of this section, shall be as follows:
      (1)   Annual license: $100, plus the cost of necessary police protection.
      (2)   License for one day: $10, plus the cost of necessary police protection.
