§ 113.043 STANDARDS FOR PLACES OF PRESENTATION.
   (A)   Number of exits. It shall be unlawful for any person to present any public motion picture or theatrical in any building or structure which does not contain the number of exits required by the provisions of this code and other ordinances of the village or by statutes concerning buildings or places intended for such performances.
   (B)   Electrical wiring. It shall be unlawful for any person to present any public motion picture or theatrical in any premises in which the electrical equipment does not fully comply with the provisions of this code or other ordinances of the village.
   (C)   Ventilation during performance. All places used for the exhibition of motion pictures or theatricals shall be kept adequately ventilated during the performance for so long a time as the audience remains therein.
   (D)   Obstruction of aisles. It shall be unlawful to obstruct or permit the obstruction of any aisles, corridors or exits leading from any room or enclosure in which a motion picture performance or theatrical is being given or in which an audience for such a performance is seated.
