(A) License required. No person shall operate or maintain a bowling alley open to the public without having first obtained a license therefor.
(B) Application. Any person desiring a license, as required in division (A) of this section, shall file an application therefor in writing with the Village Comptroller and shall state thereon the intended location of the place of business and the number of alleys to be used.
(C) Fee. The annual fee for a license as required in division (A) of this section shall be $10 per alley.
