§ 113.020 LICENSE PROVISIONS.
   (A)   License required. No person shall operate, maintain or conduct a billiard or pool hall open to the public without having first secured a license therefor.
   (B)   Application for license. Any person desiring a license, as required in division (A) of this section, shall file an application therefor in writing with the Village Comptroller. The application shall state thereon the intended location of the place of business and the number of tables to be used therein.
   (C)   Fee. The annual fee for a license as required in division (A) of this section shall be $25 for the first four tables or less and an additional fee of $7.50 per table for each table over four, so used.
