§ 113.008 INSURANCE PREREQUISITE TO CONDUCT OF OUTDOOR CARNIVAL OR SHOW.

It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct or operate any outdoor carnival or outdoor show in the village without first having procured a certificate of insurance holding the village harmless from any public liability that may be incurred during the operation of such outdoor carnival or outdoor show.
