§ 113.002 LICENSE REQUIRED; APPLICATIONS; FEES.
   (A)   License required. It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct or operate any amusement which is open to the public and for admission to which a fee is charged without having first secured a license therefor; provided, that the provisions of this section shall not be held to apply to those amusements which are specifically licensed by any provision of this code or other ordinance of the village.
   (B)   Application. Applications for licenses as provided for in division (A) of this section shall be made to the Village Comptroller and shall comply with the general provisions of this code and other ordinances of the village relating to applications for licenses.
   (C)   Fees. For licenses as provided for in division (A) of this section, the following fees shall be paid:
      (1)   Menageries: $10 for one day and $2 for each additional day.
      (2)   Carnivals: $10 for one day, plus the cost of special police needed.
      (3)   Exhibition of inanimate objects: $10 per day.
      (4)   Other amusements: $10 per day.
