§ 94.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person found to have violated any provision of § 94.15 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $250 nor more than $1,000 for each violation in addition to other penalties or relief which may be provided for herein. A violation of any provision of § 94.15 shall constitute a separate offense for each day such violation continues.

   (B)   Any person found to have violated § 94.30 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $1,000 for each violation. Each solicitation of an owner or tenant which violates the provisions of § 94.30 shall be deemed a separate violation.

   (C)   Any person found to have violated § 94.31 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $1,000 for each offense. A violation of any provision of § 94.31 shall constitute a separate offense for each day such violation continues.
