§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not already herein provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   If a dangerous, or vicious or potentially dangerous animal possessed, harbored, kept or maintained in violation of this section bites, attempts to attack, or inflicts any other injury on any person other than its owner, the owner of the animal shall be subject to a fine of a maximum of $750. If the owner of a dangerous, or vicious or potentially dangerous dog possessed, harbored, kept or maintained in violation of this section, bites, attempts to attack or inflicts any other injury on any person other than its owner, and the owner knowingly allowed the dog to run at large or failed to take steps to keep the dog in an enclosure, then the owners shall be subject to a fine of a maximum of $750. Each day that a violation of this section exists shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. The requirements of this section shall not apply to dogs owned by law enforcement agencies and used in law enforcement work.
   (C)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 92.22 shall be subject to a fine as set by the Board for each offense.

   (D)   Any person found to violate § 92.08(B)(2) shall be subject to $1,000 fine per day for each and every day that the violation exists. In addition, the village may immediately remove and impound those animals that are over and above the required number as set forth in this chapter.
   (E)   If a person is found to violate any provision of this chapter more than one time per calendar year that person shall be subject to additional penalties in the amount of $1,000 per day per offense or in the alternative required to immediately dispose of the animal.
