(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to discharge sanitary and industrial waste water into the storm sewers constructed as a part of the Mannheim Road and Washington Boulevard improvement; nor shall there be any discharge of waste water into any storm sewer in the village.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to discharge or permit or cause to be discharged sanitary and industrial waste water into the storm sewers constructed as a part of the improvement of 25th Avenue from a point north of the Eisenhower Expressway north to a point north of the Chicago & Northwestern Railroad right-of-way.
