(A) Any person failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $200 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed every day such a violation continues.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of § 51.36 shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.

(C) (1) Any person found to be violating any provision of §§ 51.20 et seq. except § 51.23 shall be served by the village with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations. The village may revoke any permit for sewage disposal as a result of any violation of any provision of §§ 51.20 et seq.
(2) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in subsection (1) above shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in the amount not exceeding $500 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
(3) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 51.20 et seq. shall become liable to the village by reasons of such violation.
