§ 51.50 EXTRANEOUS FLOWS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Prohibited. It is the purpose of this division that the entry of extraneous flows into the sanitary sewer system be prohibited and be discontinued, where such entry may be occurring accidentally or knowingly.
   (B)   Definition. For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply:
      EXTRANEOUS FLOWS. Those flows, other than domestic sewage or industrial waste, consisting of ground waters, surface waters, storm waters and other drainage or clear waters.
