§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 50.15 through 50.19 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for a second or subsequent offense.
