§ 50.15 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person, firm, or corporation shall be engaged in the business of collecting, hauling, or transporting garbage, trash, junk, or rubbish within this village without first obtaining a license to do so from the Chief of Police for each vehicle engaged in the business.
