§ 50.01 DISPOSAL OF RESIDENTIAL TRASH AND GARBAGE IN PUBLIC WASTE CONTAINERS.
   (A)   No person shall place his or her personal residential trash or garbage in any public curbside waste container as provided by the village.
   (B)   No person shall place his or her personal residential trash or garbage in any specifically marked recycling collection container, whether for a public or private purpose.
   (C)   For the purposes of this section, PERSONAL RESIDENTIAL TRASH OR GARBAGE shall include but not be limited to food wastes, disposable diapers, paper products except for newspapers if placed in a specifically marked collection container, magazines, and yard wastes.
   (D)   Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
