Any area annexed to the village shall immediately, upon the annexation, be automatically classified according to one of the district classifications listed in § 155.008 for the annexed area as adopted by Village Council. The Planning Commission shall recommend appropriate zoning for the area within one month from the date the matter is first referred to the Village Planning Commission by Village Council.
