§ 153.007 STORMWATER AND SEDIMENT COMPLAINT.
   (A)   Upon receipt of a complaint, the VA shall inspect the site and file a report containing his or her finding. If the VA determines that the activity does comply, the complainant shall be given written notice and action shall stop at this point. However, if the VA finds that a violation has occurred, action as outlined in § 153.006 shall be started.
   (B)   During the complaint review, the VA may request recommendations from the Village Engineer and the County Regional Planning Commission.
