(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) (a) The violation of § 70.01(A) of this chapter shall constitute a violation and be punishable by a fine in the amount of $50 per offense.

(b) The violation of § 70.01(B) of this chapter shall constitute a violation and be punishable by a fine in the amount of $50 per offense.

(c) The violation of § 70.01(C) of this chapter shall constitute a violation and be punishable by a fine in the amount of $50 per offense.

(2) All fines shall be paid within ten days of the issuance of the citation or a late fee of $15 per day shall be applied. If the violation is not resolved and all penalties are not paid within 30 days of the issuance of the citation, a lien may be placed against the property.

(C) (1) (a) The penalty for failure to observe the speed limit, as per § 70.02(A) of this chapter shall be consistent with the penalties contained in KRS Ch. 18a (and other relevant sections).

(b) The violation of § 70.02(B) of this chapter shall constitute a violation which shall be punishable by a fine of $250.

(c) The violation of § 70.02(C) of this chapter shall constitute a violation which shall be punishable by a fine of $250.
