§ 70.01  COMMERCIAL VEHICLES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for commercial trucks and buses of any capacity to travel over the public roadways of the city, except when making deliveries and/or conducting business for the residents of the city; provided, however, that, the ordinance shall in no way affect the travel over the public roadways of the city of trucks owned/operated by city residents and used as their primary transportation, or school buses, church or community buses when they are used for the convenience of the residents of the city.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any commercial vehicle to park on streets overnight or for extended periods of times with the exception of commercial moving vans or public utility companies such as LG&E, MSD, Louisville Water and the like.

   (C)   Commercial trucks other than personal/private pickup trucks, passenger vans and sports utility vehicles (SUVs) owned by residents of the city must be parked in private driveways so as to allow access for emergency vehicles on public roadways.
