§ 70.02  SPEED LIMITS; DAMAGE TO ROADS.
   (A)   The speed limit within the city limits shall be 25 mph unless posted otherwise.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle which causes damage or injury to the surface, structure and/or foundations of any public roadways of the city.
(Prior Code, § 18.2)
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to allow the spillage of gasoline or any other flammable, toxic or injurious substance to remain on the public roadway within the city.
