§ 119.01 REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   The city hereby requires registration of charitable gaming organizations and individuals.
   (B)   All individuals or organizations that are conducting charitable gaming activities are required to register its organization with the Bellevue Police Department. The person responsible for registration shall be the same person maintaining the Federal Internal Revenue Code charitable or religious tax exemption.
   (C)   The organization registered shall provide:
      (1)   The name and address of the religious or charitable organization.
      (2)   The location of premises in which the gaming activity is conducted.

§ 119.02 ACTIVITIES LIMITED.
   Charitable gaming activities of any one (1) charitable organization shall be limited to two (2) days in any one (1) week for a period not to exceed ten (10) hours in any one (1) day; provided however that no charitable organization shall have charitable gaming activities for more than two (2) consecutive days.

§ 119.03 LOCATION RESTRICTED.
   Charitable gaming activities shall only be located within the confines of the charity’s principal location and/or principal place of operation within the City of Bellevue, provided however that charitable gaming activities shall not occur at any location where the charity’s principal operation within the city is the charitable gaming activity. The charitable or religious organizations conducting charitable gaming activities within this city shall not pay any rental fee or other charge for the use of the space in which the charitable gaming activities are conducted.

§ 119.04 POLICE DEPARTMENT TO ACT AS REGISTRAR.
   Registration required by this chapter shall be with the Bellevue Police Department at least one (1) week prior to the first event, on forms provided by the Police Department.
