(A) Any organization or person failing to so register as required by this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and subject to a fine of up to $100.00 and each day shall be considered a separate offense.
(B) Any person engaged in conducting or working at a charitable or religious gaming activity in violation of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and subject to a fine of up to $100.00 and each day shall be considered a separate offense.
