(B) Any person violating the provisions of §§ 93.02 or 93.03, the regulations issued thereunder or any order issued thereunder, or who knowingly induces another, directly or indirectly, to violate the provisions of those sections, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), or imprisoned for not more than thirty (30) days, or both. (2) Waiver provision. The penalty for noncompliance with §§ 93.35 through 93.42, except § 93.36, is automatically waived if the dwelling unit is brought into compliance with these sections within thirty (30) days of the original violation. The property owner must request an inspection from the Fire Department of the city to verify compliance and have the waiver provision applied.
(3) Continued failure to comply may result in a maximum penalty of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or six (6) months in jail.

(D) Any person convicted of a violation of 815 KAR 10:020, or any publication contained therein, or who induces another to violate any provision of this KAR section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than $1,000, or confined in the county jail for not more than sixty (60) days, or both. Each day such violation exists shall, in the discretion of the courts, be considered as a separate offense. (Ord. 88-3-1, passed 4-13-88)
(E) Violation of any provision of §§ 93.50 or 93.51 is declared to be a civil offense. Any person violating any provision shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Any person electing not to contest citation for said offense shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(G) Each violation of § 93.07 shall be a misdemeanor for which everybody convicted thereof in a court of competent jurisdiction shall be sentenced to pay a criminal fine not to exceed the maximum amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00) or a term of imprisonment not to exceed the maximum period of twelve (12) months as set forth in KRS 532.090(1), or both.
