No person, firm, co-partnership or corporation shall offer for sale, expose for sale, sell, keep with intent to sell, use, or explode any fireworks, including but not limited to those listed in Exhibit A attached to Ord. 2011-04-03, within the boundaries of the city, except as follows:
(A) A public fire works display using display fireworks if permission is obtained from the Chief of the Bellevue Dayton Fire Department LLC and after providing notice to the Mayor and then only if all requirements of KRS 227.710 and other applicable laws or regulations are otherwise satisfied.
(B) Those consumer fireworks classified as ground and hand=held sparkling devices as listed in Exhibit B attached to Ord. 2011-04-03.
(C) Novelties and trick noise makers not otherwise classified as fireworks as listed in Exhibit C attached to Ord. 2011-04-03.
