§ 91.04 PRODUCTION, USE, OR POSSESSION OF FIRE BOMBS.
   During the existence of a civil emergency as proclaimed under § 91.02, no person shall make, carry, possess, or use any type of gasoline or petroleum-base fire bomb, Molotov cocktail, or other incendiary missile.
