§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall fail or refuse to comply with the orders of the duly-authorized law enforcement officers charged with the responsibility of enforcing the proclamation of emergency authorized herein, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction therefore, shall be punished by fine of not more than $100, imprisonment in jail for a period of not to exceed 60 days, or both.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates § 91.04 shall be imprisoned for not less than one nor more than five years, or punished by a fine of not more than $1,000, or both. (KRS 237.990)
