(B) Any person violating Bellevue City Code 72.68 shall pay a fine of $100.00.
(C) Any person violating any other section of Chapter 72 shall pay a fine of $25.00.
(D) Any person receiving a citation for any parking violation in the city may pay the parking fine at the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer within seven (7) days. If the fine is not paid within seven (7) days, the fine will double in amount. If the fine is not paid within thirty (30) days of issuance of the citation, the fine will triple in amount.
(E) Any person receiving a ticket for violating § 72.12 shall pay a fine of $50.00 at the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer within seven (7) days of the time issued. If the fine is not paid within seven (7) days, the fine will double in amount. If not paid within thirty (30) days, the amount of the fine will triple.
