§ 72.12 PARKING VEHICLES IN VIOLATION OF LICENSING REQUIREMENTS.

   (A)   Definitions.

   “MOTOR VEHICLE.” Any vehicle as described in KRS 186.010(4).

   “VEHICLE.” Any vehicle as described in KRS 186.010(8)(a) and/or 186.010(8)(b).

   (B)   No person shall park any vehicle or motor vehicle which is in violation of any state, county, municipal or other governmental entity’s tax or licensing statute, ordinance or regulation on the highways, streets, alleys, rights-of-way or property of the city.
