(A) In any A-2 (Two-Family Residence) or B-1 (Multi-Family Residence) Zoning District, street graphics may contain only identification information, not commercial advertising. Non-exempt street graphics in these districts shall be either window graphics or flush-mounted.
(B) Furthermore:
(1) On any building or premises used solely as a residence by more than one family, the total of the areas of all street graphics shall not exceed six square feet; and
(2) On all other permitted establishments, the total of the area of all street graphics shall not exceed 30 square feet. (But, see provision in § 155.074 of this chapter.)
