Any violation of the provision of this chapter shall be deemed to be a minor misdemeanor and any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which any person violates any of the provisions of this chapter.
