§ 90.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, except as set out in division (B) below, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person who owns, harbors, keeps, possesses or maintains or who has the care, custody and control of any potentially dangerous or dangerous dog, as declared under §§ 90.025 through 90.029 of this chapter, who is convicted of or who pleads guilty to a violation of §§ 90.025 through 90.029 of this chapter shall be subjected to a mandatory and nonsuspendable fine of $200, and such dog may be banned from the city. Each day that such a violation is found to have occurred shall be potentially considered a separate violation for the terms of this division (B) and subject again to said fine and penalty.
