(A) The following local streets are hereby designated as local traffic streets and the Town Manager shall install appropriate traffic control devices at the entrance of each local street set forth below clearly indicating that such street is a local street and that through traffic is prohibited.

(B) Through traffic is prohibited upon local traffic streets and shall be punishable by a fine in the amount of $100.
(C) In addition to the fine set forth above, violations of this Schedule may also be enforced in accordance with § 11.01 of this Code.
