(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to remove (or permit the removal of), damage or deface any complaint, notice order or certificate posted in accordance with the provisions of this code, unless the code enforcement officer consents in writing to the action.
(B) It shall be unlawful for the owner or owner's agent(s) of any dwelling subject to the provisions of this code to fail to furnish to the buyer(s) a copy of the inspection findings or report prior to closing or other property transfer of the dwelling.
