§ 71.02 VEHICLES CREATING A HAZARD.

   (A)   Any vehicle creating a public safety hazard for any reason, including as a result of having been parked in any of the locations set forth in § 71.01 above, may be removed immediately and without prior notice.

   (B)   Procedures established for removal, storage and disposal of abandoned and junked motor vehicles in §§ 96.01 through 96.08 of this code of ordinances, with the exception of any timeframes for prior notice, shall apply to vehicles creating a public safety hazard.
