§ 32.165 PROCEDURES.

The Commission shall elect a Chairperson and a Vice-Chairperson. A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum. The Commission shall keep a journal of its proceedings and provide an annual report that shall be kept on file in the Office of the City Clerk-Treasurer.
