GENERAL PROVISIONS

§ 31.01 ELECTED OFFICIALS.

   The elected officers of the city shall be the Mayor; the Clerk-Treasurer; and the members of Common Council.

§ 31.02 EXECUTIVE AUTHORITY OF CITY.

   The executive and administrative authority of the city shall be vested in the Mayor, Clerk-Treasurer, any departments that are provided for by state law, and in other officers that may be appointed by virtue of state law.
