§ 32.162 CRITERIA FOR APPOINTMENT.
   It is expected that each appointee will be committed to the philosophy of inclusion, equal opportunity, and fair treatment for all residents of the city. The City Council and Mayor will endeavor to appoint Commissioners who represent a cross-section of the community. Appointees must reside within the city limits.
