§ 32.140 SCHEDULE OF PENALTIES.
   (A)   Violations of traffic code (Chapters 70, 71, 72, 73, and 76) shall be a $75.00 fine per violation if paid within 10 days of the date of the violation, $100.00 thereafter to be paid within 30 days of the date of the violation.
   (B)   Violations of parking restrictions and parking schedules (Chapter 74 and 77) shall be a $10.00 fine if paid within 10 days of the date of the violation, $25.00 thereafter to be paid within 30 days of the date of the violation.
   (C)   Violations of bicycle restrictions and parking schedules (Chapter 75) shall be a $5.00 fine if paid within 10 days of the date of the violation, $15.00 thereafter to be paid within 30 days of the date of the violation.
   (D)   Violations of restrictions on animals (Chapter 91) shall be a fine of $75.00 per violation if paid within 10 days of the date of violation, $100.00 thereafter to be paid within 30 days of the date of the violation. If any violation shall be continuing, each day’s violation shall be deemed a separate violation. If any person shall be found guilty by a court of violating § 91.07, his permit to own, keep, harbor, or have custody of animals shall be deemed automatically revoked and no new permit shall be issued.
   (E)   Violations of restrictions on garbage and refuse (Chapter 94) shall be a fine of $75.00 per violation if paid within 10 days of the date of violation, $100.00 thereafter to be paid within 30 days of the date of the violation. If any violation shall be continuing, each day’s violation shall be deemed a separate violation.
   (F)   Violations of housing code (Chapter 95) shall be a fine of $75.00 per violation if paid within 10 days of the date of violation, $100.00 thereafter to be paid within 30 days of the date of the violation. If any violation shall be continuing, each day’s violation shall be deemed a separate violation. Any person who maintains as occupant or owner any dwelling, dwelling unit, or premises which does not comply with the requirements of §§ 95.10 through 95.32 of Chapter 95, shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this subchapter.
   (G)   Violations of restrictions on litter (Chapter 96) shall be a fine of $125.00 per violation if paid within 10 days of the date of violation, $150.00 thereafter to be paid within 30 days of the date of the violation. If any violation shall be continuing, each day’s violation shall be deemed a separate violation.
   (H)   Violations of street and sidewalk restrictions (Chapter 97) shall be a fine of $75.00 per violation if paid within 10 days of the date of violation, $100.00 thereafter to be paid within 30 days of the date of the violation. If any violation shall be continuing, each day’s violation shall be deemed a separate violation.
   (I)   Violations of restrictions on weeds and trees (Chapter 98) shall be a fine of $75.00 per violation if paid within 10 days of the date of violation, $100.00 thereafter to be paid within 30 days of the date of the violation. If any violation shall be continuing, each day’s violation shall be deemed a separate violation.
   (J)   (1)   Offenses against property and offenses against public order (Chapters 130 and 131) shall be a fine as follows:
         (a)   First offense: Written warning;
         (b)   Second offense within one year of the first offense: $25 fine;
         (c)   Third offense within one year of the first offense: $50 fine;
         (d)   Fourth offense within one year of the first offense: $75 fine;
         (e)   Fifth offense within one year of the first offense: $100 fine;
         (f)   Sixth offense and thereafter within one year of the first offense: $250 fine.
      (2)   If any violation shall be continuing, each day's violation shall be deemed a separate violation.
   (K)   A fine is deemed paid on the date it is received by the Ordinance Violations Bureau.
   (L)   All fines collected shall accrue to the general fund of the city. If fines are not paid within 30 days, the offender is subject to court summons filed in the appropriate court and shall be responsible for all fines, attorney fees, and court costs.
