§ 32.135 CREATION.

(A) An Ordinance Violations Bureau shall be established to assist with the clerical work for ordinance violation cases issued by the city for violations of Titles 7, 9, and 13 of the City Code. The provisions of this subchapter shall not apply to violations of any other title of the City Code.

(B) Said Bureau shall be established within the City Police Department and shall be maintained and operated by the City Police Department under the supervision of the Chief of Police.
