§ 32.021 APPROPRIATIONS FOR GENERAL EXPENSES.
   The Common Council shall appropriate from the general funds of the city for the payment of the expenses of the City Plan Commission a sum of money sufficient for the operation of the City Plan Commission annually. The sum of money when so appropriated shall be included in the annual tax levy for general expenses made by the Common Council.
