511.99 PENALTIES.

(a) A person who violates a provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, which is punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment not to exceed sixty (60) days or both.

(b) Each occurrence of a violation, or, in the case of continuous violations, each day a violation occurs or continues, constitutes a separate offense and may be punished separately. (Ord. 2002-034. Passed 2-19-02.)
