CHAPTER 535 Offenses Relating to Minors

535.01 Children of compulsory school age to be in attendance at school or at home or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or a responsible adult selected by them to supervise the child; parental duty imposed.

535.02 Children suspended or expelled from school and home-schooled children to remain under supervision; parental duty imposed.
