905.01 DESTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED.

No person shall break, cut, remove or destroy any sidewalk for any purpose other than that of immediate repair of defective sidewalks without obtaining an excavation or opening permit as provided in Chapter 903.
