901.02 INSPECTION REQUIRED.

No work or activity in connection with the construction, installation, enlargement, alteration, replacement, repair or maintenance of any sewer, curbing, paving, water line or sidewalk, whether undertaken by public contract between the Municipality and a private person or by agreement between private persons, shall be commenced or carried on in this Municipality except and until provisions have been made as herein provided for the inspection by the Municipality of such work or activity during its progress.
