901.04 DUTIES OF INSPECTORS.

It shall be the duty of anyone acting as an inspector for the Municipality to secure the compliance and adherence required by Sections 901.02 and 901.03 by any person engaged in such work or activity, and to that end such inspector shall reject and refuse to accept any work which departs from the required standards or methods. He shall require any improper or rejected work to be replaced or done over so as to meet and comply with the applicable ordinance, Code, plans, details, standards or specifications.
