901.03 CONFORMANCE WITH MUNICIPAL REGULATIONS.

No person shall undertake or commence such work or activity except in conformity, strict compliance with and adherence to the requirements of this chapter and other applicable Codes and ordinances of this Municipality as well as the terms of the public contract (if one is involved) and the plans, details, standards and specifications established, prepared and approved by the Engineer for such work or activity.
